  3. The Treasures are the Words of God • Ps 119:162 I rejoice at Your word As one who finds great treasure. NKJV • Ps 119:72 The law of Your mouth is better to me Than thousands of coins of gold and silver. NKJV

We must treat God’s words like treasures • Col 2:1 “For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh,2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” NKJV • Prov 16:16 “How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.” NKJV • Prov 23:23 “Buy the truth, and do not sell it, Also wisdom and instruction and understanding.” NKJV • Ps 119:14 I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches. NKJV

  6. Old and New Treasures Ps 71:17 “O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works. 18 Now also when I am old and gray-headed, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.” NKJV

  7. Old and New Treasures • Learn when you are young • Keep learning when you are old • Share the treasures always • And you too will share if it is in your heart
