Senior Awards Night • Tuesday, June 4 at 6:30 PM in Auditorium • Award recipients are notified by mail • Dress – appropriate attire is: • Gentlemen- a dress shirt and tie, dress slacks, shoes • Ladies-dress or skirt, blouse and shoes • Sandals and/or sneakers are inappropriate • Many awards are monetary & serve as memorials to family members of those watching the program. • If invited, please make every effort to be present

Yearbook Distribution • Where: Girls’ Gym • When: Thursday, June 6– during 9th period (Modified Bell) • Who: Only those who purchased yearbooks • Students who purchased yearbooks will receive a pink index card as a receipt that morning. Any other documentation will not be accepted. • Additional books may be purchased on a first come/first served basis on Friday, June 7 in the Auditorium beginning at 7:00 AM – $80.00 CASH ONLY

  4. Senior Final Exam Schedule • June 12 – Full Day of School Semester Social Studies exams in class; year-long in A033 at 12:45 Early Dismissal: • June 13 – English and Science Exams • June 14- Math, Business, Tech Ed, and World Language Exams

  5. Class Night Picnic • Date: Friday, June 14 • Location: A-E-F Courtyard, 6:00 – 9:00 PM • Tickets: $5.00 • Ticket Sale: Senior café - all lunches C039 8th period & after school Mon. June 3 to Fri. June 7 • BBQ catered by SumneyWest Restaurant • Prizes, music, games, dunk tank • Yearbook signing • Casual attire WORLD PREMIERE CLASS VIDEO

  6. Cap & Gown Distribution • When: Monday, June 17 at 7:25 AM • Where: Gym - by HOOF and last name • All obligations must be cleared by 2:30 PM Friday, June 14 - check with designated HOOF • No decoration on cap or gown at commencement.

  7. Reflections What is Reflections? Reflections is an hour long tribute the evening before Graduation which celebrates & recognizes your friends, family and faculty who have guided you through the past 13 years. The program contains various forms of dedications such as musical, instrumental, verbal, etc by your classmates.

  8. Reflections PracticeA Moment in Time Who: All students planning on attending Reflections program, including tribute participants Practice: 7:50 AM – 8:15 AM following cap & gown pick up Where: Auditorium

ReflectionsA Moment in Time • When: Monday, June 17 - 7:00 PM • Students: 6:00 PM – report to senior cafe • Parents/Family: Auditorium • Wear graduation gowns only, no caps • Dress – Appropriate attire beneath the gown: • Gentlemen, blue or white dress shirt and tie, dress slacks, shoes • Ladies, dress or skirt, white or blue blouse and shoes • Flip-flops or sneakers are inappropriate and may not be worn – Admission will be denied.

Graduation • When: Tuesday, June 18 at 6:00 PM , Crawford Stadium • Graduates must be in the gym by 5:00 p.m. • Rain date: Wednesday, June 19 at 6:00 PM, Crawford Stadium • Tickets: 8 per graduate • Tickets for the Elderly/Disabled: contact Mrs. Linn in HOOF F040 for ticket exchange • Attire – Bring CAP & GOWN. Appropriate attire for beneath the gown: • Gentlemen, blue or white dress shirt and tie, dress slacks, shoes • Ladies, dress or skirt, white or blue blouse and shoes • Flip-flops or sneakers are inappropriate and may not be worn • Admission denied for inappropriate attire

  11. Graduation • Practice: 8:00 AM - Tuesday, June 18th • Attendance is MANDATORY • Legacy Photo will be taking pictures at commencement. Information cards have been completed in English class. • You will receive your ACTUAL diploma. There are no duplicates - so please be careful. • Respectful behavior during commencement.

  12. Miscellaneous • NPTV Video order forms will be sent home in the graduation mailing and also be available on the NP website • Senior Survey is an obligation and must be completed prior to graduation • College bound seniors – if you have not already done so, notify Mrs. Sherpinsky in the Transcript Office of the name of the school you will be attending next year.

  13. Must be cleared by Friday, June 14 by 2:30 PM NO ONE is permitted to participate in Commencement practice OR ceremony unless all obligations are cleared. Obligations include: Detentions Saturday Schools Textbooks IMC books and fines Parking tickets Outstanding cafeteria balance Gym locks Senior Surveys Or any other student obligations. Obligations
