  1. Lessons LearnedFlight 0706 Texas Test Plan Team Meeting

  2. Service Provider Comments Details • Repeated 403 Forbidden Errors on ERCOT website when trying to send files via NAESB • PGP keys were changed by a MP in the middle of connectivity testing.  No notice was given prior to the change.  Connectivity had to be restarted. • Emails are not being sent when sending point-to-point transactions.  Please confirm that files have been received prior to sending emails. • Issue of when to include connectivity contacts when experiencing connectivity problems.  ERCOT requests that issues be reported to the testing contacts.  Texas Test Plan Team

  3. TDSP Comments Details • Flight 0706 went very well in-house. No system issues of any type – nor any problems in the clearinghouse systems. • One aspect of testing noticed with each flight. Refund address information is not always provided to the TDSP promptly. TDSP often needs to make multiple requests to CRs for the address. This leads to delays in getting the refunds out to them. Texas Test Plan Team

  4. TDSP Comments Possible Solution • Would it make sense for the CRs to provide the refund address along with the other banking details in a uniform manner prior to the start of flight? • Possibly just a matter of stressing the importance of getting the address to the TDSP. • Not really a big item, but something on which we might be able to improve. • Information is currently requested from the CRs through email, as soon as the TDSP receives the Flight Matrix. Texas Test Plan Team

  5. ERCOT Comments Details • MOU28 – Day 26 814_06 contains an error in the Transaction Details field. The error should be DTM~151. • TDSP05 – Day 31 814_06 needs to be moved to Day 34 and the 814_07 needs to be moved to Day 35 based on the FMOV of Day 36. Dates can be brought in by changing the FMOV date to earlier than Day 36. • TDSP40 and TDSP42 – script needs an accepting 814_21 back to the TDSP and an 867_03 FWD needs to be included, as well as the mention to validate that ERCOT Lodestar was updated. • Random Test only participants testing the “New” track. Texas Test Plan Team

  6. ERCOT Comments • Extend number of days appearing on the Agenda page to go beyond Day 33. • Connectivity scripts must follow the “ERCOT emails TDSP/CR successful NAESB response message.” Mention this during Market Orientation. • Update Testing Requirements Matrix which indicates CR is to test CON54 (NAESB 1.6 EDM Connectivity with ERCOT and TDSP). CR should test CON56 (NAESB 1.6 EDM Connectivity with ERCOT and CRs) Texas Test Plan Team
