Who are the AHPs in Scottish Borders? • Art Therapies • Dietetics • Occupational Therapy • Orthotics • Orthoptics • Paramedics • Physiotherapy • Podiatry • Radiography • Speech & Language Therapy Over 300 staff across the NHS & Scottish Borders Council Using a range of assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to support people to live independent, healthy and active lives in their communities. • The Active and Independent Living Improvement Programme (AILIP) will maximise the AHP contribution to the wider health and social care agenda • The Active and Independent Living Improvement Programme (AILIP) will allow identification & action of AHP specific issues • The aim of the engagement events is to hear what matters to you, so that the Programme reflects the views of all our stakeholders
