YMCA Faridabad B.Tech 2017-2021 YMCA University B.Tech The YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad erstwhile YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad was established in the year 1969, as a joint venture of the National Council of YMCAs of India, Govt of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany. It started as an Indo­German project with an aim to impart technical education to a developing India on German pattern.

  2. ABOUT US The YMCA University of Science and Technology, India is one of the best choice for the students to do Engineering. The University is located in Faridabad which makes admissions of the students with no domiciliary restrictions. YMCA University of Science and Technology are the next choice for Engineering Aspirants. Admission to these universities are done through a separate counselling and students are selected on basis of their 12th merit. The counselling will be done in the month of June-August every year

APPROVALS The University is under State Government of Haryana with AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) affiliation. The University is under UGC and affiliated under Government of Haryana. AWARDS YMCA UST has been conferred “Best Upcoming University” award by Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India in Feb., 2014 under National Education Excellence Awards 2014. 89 students have qualified GATE 2015, out of which 32 students having 70+ percentile.  29 students have CAT­15, out of which 15 students having 70+ percentile.  Award from Red Cross Society Faridabad for Blood Donation in June 2015. Member of AIU and QCI.  DANFOSS India (P) Ltd. has given a award of Rs. 50000 to B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering Students in May, 2014 for a project (Second best innovative project in India).

  7. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Candidate should be 10th passed out with minimum 50% aggregate and he/ she must be 12th passed out in medical or non-medical stream with min. 50% aggregate. Diploma in engineering holders also will be eligible to take up B.Tech and that they are having lateral entry that is they will get admission on to 2nd year. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 10th + 12th (3 years Diploma in Engineering) Marks Card Copy Any Id Proof (Voter, Adhaar, DL) 5 passport size photos and related documents.
