  6. Gujarat is a state located on the west coast of India with a population of over 60 million. With its area of almost 200 thousand km2, it is the fifth largest Indian state. Its coastline, with a length of about 1,600 km, is the longest in the country. The capital of the state is Gandhinagar and the largest city is Ahmedabad. The state language is Gujarati, which is spoken by the majority of the population. Gujarat is one of the most industrialized states in India. Its economy is the fourth largest in the country. It has four national parks and 21 nature reserves. Gir Forest National Park is home to the only wild population of the Asiatic lion in the world. Gujarat was one of the main areas of the Indus Valley Civilization. There are 23 cities of ancient civilization here. Ancient metropolitan cities like Lothal, Dholavira and Gola Dhoro lie here. Dholavira is one of the largest and most important archaeological sites. Gujarat es un estado ubicado en la costa oeste de India con una población de más de 60 millones. Con una superficie de casi 200 mil km2, es el quinto estado indio más grande. Su litoral, con una longitud de unos 1.600 km, es el más largo del país. La capital del estado es Gandhinagar y la ciudad más grande es Ahmedabad. El idioma del estado es el gujarati, hablado por la mayoría de la población.
