IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SECTION 5 RESIDENTS From the City of Delray Beach RE: TRASH PICK-UP “Bulk Trash put out for collection at unauthorized times will be subject to a Special Collections charge of $11.50 per cubic yard. This charge will be added to the Section V utility bill and will be passed on to unit holderswho are in violation.” ABSOLUTELY NO BULK TRASH PLACED OUSIDE YOUR RESIDENCE UNTIL THURSDAY (AFTER 5:00 P.M.)

TRASH COLLECTION *** Tuesdays and Fridays are regular trash pick up days. *** Tuesdays are also for pick up of vegetative waste. *** Fridays are also for pick up of bulk trash and recyclable paper, cans & bottles. Bulk trash is anything other than regular garbage and recyclables. NO TRASH SHOULD BE PLACED OUSIDE YOUR RESIDENCE FOR PICK-UP UNTIL 5:00 P.M. OR LATER THE NIGHT BEFORE COLLECTION BEGINS.

  11. Social Club Meeting The Social Club will hold a meeting on Friday, April 14th, at 1:00 PM. All residents are invited to join in on these meetings. We will be discussing the social events scheduled for March & April. We encourage your attendance. Maxine Swan Social Club Director

  18. HURRICANE AWNINGS WHEN REPLACING DAMAGED AWNINGS, NEW AWNINGS MUST BE USED. NO OLD AWNINGS MAY BE GIVEN TO A NEIGHBOR OR SALVAGED IN ANY WAY. Delray Beach Code Enforcement has informed Angelo Rossi that they will strictly Enforce the New Awning Code Questions or Contractor Assistance, Contact the Building Director at 809-8758

  19. PATIOS ANYONE WHO PUTS IN A PATIO MUST ASK FOR PERMISSION IN WRITING FROM BUTCH BARILOTTI, GROUNDS DIRECTOR BEFORE STARTING THE WORK.

  20. LAUNDRY ROOM DOORS It is very important that the laundry room doors are not left open when the room is unattended . We have had problems with the door being blown open due to a gust of wind and resulted in damage to the door frame and hinges. In addition there have been reports of snakes crawling into the rooms and hiding under the washers and dryers When your Laundry is finished please remember to close the door tightly

  21. NEW PARKING REGULATION EFFECTIVE 9/20/05 PARKING OF VEHICLES IN HIGH POINT OF DELRAY SECTION V IS RESTRICTED TO OWNERS, GUESTS AND CURRENT TENANTS. ALL VEHICLES PARKED IN HIGH POINT OF DELRAY SECTION V, MUST BE CURRENTLY AND LEGALLY REGISTERED TO OWNERS, GUESTS OR CURRENT TENANTS. IT IS ASSUMED THAT VEHICLES NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA ARE UNAUTHORIZED AND WILL BE REMOVED (TOWED) AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
