Procedures Inform the school Educational establishment shall submit the list of documents required Conducting the evaluation activities – 1-2 weeks Present the results and conclusions on the meeting with the pedagogical council – no later than 4 days after;  Developed a report – no later than 3weeks after , transmission of the report to the school Rzeszow, 2013

  8. General Qualifiers  Bine (B)- good;  Acceptabil (A) -acceptable • Slab (S) – weak  If the assesment of school gets S or A, theschoolis obliged to implement actions aiming at the improvement in the given area. Rzeszow, 2013

  9. The results of the evaluation The results of school evaluation are communicated to the school and to stakeholders, to the teachers in the teachers' council, to the parents and community members during meetings with parents. Rzeszow, 2013

  10. Examples of the benefits for the school  Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the institution / diagnose achieving;  Improving of the results of the activitity, counseling and education support of schools , teachers, and school stuff to improve their activity. Rzeszow, 2013
