  3. INTRAMURAL SPORTS • Get off the couch, Get in the game! • Make your own team or join free agents • 24 – 30 leagues and events offered annually • Sports include: • Kickball • 5x5 Basketball • 4x4 Indoor Soccer • Frisbee • Floor Hockey • And many more!

GROUP FITNESS • Open to all students and members who purchase a semester group fitness or drop-in pass (first-come, first-served basis) • A wide variety of classes are offered daily: • BODYPUMPTM & BODYSTEPTM • Yoga & Pilates • ZumbaTM • TurbokickTM • Cycle and more! • During the first week of each semester, group fitness classes are free! 2012-2013 GROUP FITNESS RATES: FULL FITNESS PASS (all classes): $85 ♦ MIND & BODY PASS (Yoga & Pilates): $65 ♦ DROP-IN RATE: $6

NUTRITION SERVICES • Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant (LWMC) -or- Registered Dietician (RD) • Sessions include general guidelines about: • Nutrient needs • Healthy food and beverage choices • Nutrition for physical activity • Detailed Meal Planning • These services will help students to understand: • Essential nutrition and balance • Weight maintenance • Disease prevention and management • Disordered eating behavior 2012-2013 STUDENT RATES: INITIAL CONSULT (LWMC) $10 ♦30-MINUTE SESSION (LWMC) $30 3 SESSIONS (LWMC) $80 ♦ 3 SESSIONS (RD) $150

PERSONAL TRAINING All students & members may meet with a nationally certified personal trainer to achieve personal fitness goals 2012-2013 STUDENT RATES: Fitness Assessment $10 3 Sessions $179 6 Sessions $339 12 Sessions $641 24 Sessions $1208 Partner Session $74 (cost of partner session includes 2 clients) *All sessions are one-hour in length

  7. EXTREME TRAINING • FREE program led by certified personal trainers • High intensity training sessions designed to burn calories & increase strength, endurance, speed, agility, and core stabilization • Offered 1-2 times per week in the LHWC 4th floor gymnasium

  8. MASSAGE • Certified Massage Therapists • Three types of massage 2012-2013 STUDENT RATES: 1-SESSION 3-SESSIONS SWEDISH $72 $193 DEEP TISSUE $84 $237 SPORTS $95 $257

CLUB SPORTS • Club Sports provide opportunities for students, faculty and staff who desire a more in-depth sports experience than is provided in intramural sports or informal recreation. • Sports include: • Baseball • Basketball • Fencing • Racquetball • Rugby • Softball • Volleyball • And more!

  10. SPECIAL EVENTS ROAD TRIPS Take a short ride to see local teams take on your MLB and NBA favorites. COLONIALS WEEKEND GOLF SCRAMBLE Participate in our two-person parent and student scramble during Colonials Weekend. QUÉBEC CITY SKI & SNOWBOARD TRIP Join us on an annual ski and snowboard trip with GW and neighboring universities during winter break. WHITEWATER RAFTING TRIP Feel the power of the Youghiogheny River on this thrilling one-day trip. Ask for dates and details at the Campus Recreation Office.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM • Work out · Earn Points · Win Prizes • FREE program meant to motivate you to keep up your workout program • Points are awarded for participating in Campus Recreation activities from running on the treadmill to getting a massage • Prizes are given out at every 40-point benchmark
