  3. Expenses Summary (1)

  4. Expenses Summary (2) Not including the hotel expenses for foreign guests

  5. Feedback and Comments • Pre-Camp • registration - Great team! Excellent job every year. To get foreigners to confirm early when able • hotel and transport liaisons - Hotel better under new management. Wifi plus point. Goodies purchase or 10% discount per item not clearly disseminated to campers at lunch.  • camp book - Nice looking cover

  6. Feedback and Comments • Camp • program- some speakers need to manage time. Campers insensitive to time. • objectives met? - Program made very little reference to great contents in camp book. Need follow-up in church as camp book request campers to work on their spiritual life post-camp. Keep overall objectives in mind even though individual programs may be good but may not be in sync. • conduct of program - Some personal reflections do not blend well with theme of "Coming Alongside." Perhaps too many "speakers”. Too much content, not enough activities. • logistics- food need more variety. Good size rooms. • world mission cafe - Myanmar stand has no representative, better coordination required. Idea of quiz is good but can improve further.

  7. Feedback and Comments • Camp (continue) • discussions- some felt not enough time • lessons- some youth don’t felt it relevant not pegged at their level • Others • any concerns - Some members suggested Bintan or Batam for next year's camp.  • hospitality - Dorothy did a good job organizing a farewell dinner.  • other observations - Vietnam campers cannot understand English. Good choice of theme • next year – consider morning group devotion instead of night. Have a keynote speaker once every 2 to 3 years. Night to have shorter session or activity.
