  4. “Conversation with Production Manager” But Sir, Purchase dept. is trying their level best to get the Material Spare Parts are not available Sir, Machine Breakdown ARE WE SLEEPING till last moment?? Why Production Loss??? Why???

  5. “Conversation with Purchase Manager” Sir, But the Indent came only 2 days back… What is happening? Why material is not in the warehouse? Who is the Supplier? When did you place the Order? Since the material is not available we may loose the Order

  6. “Conversation with Stores Manager” But Sir…I am… I Will… But…Sirr…I am …I will… Why does the book balance does not tally with the physical stock??? What is Happening!!! Why indent was sent only 2 days back??? You better pull up your Socks… Give me the Solution…

  7. “Conversation with HIM - SELF” How can I improve my manufacturing economics??? How do I control Wastage??? How can I keep proper records of Physical Stock??? How can I increase production??? My Project Cost is going up, How can I control it??? How to Increase efficiency of Employees???

They are Vardhman Consultancy Services and their ERP is called M² Don’t over board, I also went through the same situation but today I am relaxed and thinking of expansion I have been using ERP… Which takes care of Simple operational problem… Don’t Worry, Once you shake hands with them…They become your partner and take care of your business as if it is their own M² ??? What is it??? Ohh…Thanks!! I know my friend’s advice will be always right… Yes!! Of Course!! But I can’t invest behind Time, Money & Manpower Really!!! Who are these people??? NO NO…NO ERP…. I am fed up of this word… Great!!! Best Wishes!! But how this turnaround happened?? As Usual, Same old factory problem..You Know I am fine.. So Far so good My factory problems are getting Bigger & Bigger
