  1. For Financial Planners the XPLAN system is a powerful tool helping advisers reduce their administration stress and allow them to run their businesses more efficiently. XPLAN Specialist PMC is a business that answers your Xplan and administration needs. We can offer a wide range of business support to Financial Planners to ease the paperwork overload and let you get on with driving your business.

  2. Effective XPLAN System • Specialist PMC are able to: • Allow you to concentrate on client service and leave the system issues to us. • Give you prompt service with quick turn around on projects. • Give you access to Xplan trained consultants with an extensive understanding of Financial Planning requirements. • Customisetemplates, ongoing site administration, data feed management and testing of new upgrades – plus so much more. • Provide assistance in creating a business that works smarter not harder by developing a relationship that can identify areas that could be streamlined to increase productivity.

  3. When your company engages a new client, the first thing you probably do is create them as an individual entity in Xplan. Depending on the client, this may or may not be the only entity required. Some clients have numerous related entities including companies, trusts, superfunds etc. Once you have created all of the additional related entities in Xplan, users want to be able to find and view all of these entities in a simple and quick manner. Xplan have created a great feature called Client Groups. Client Groups allow you to link to all associated entities to each other, which you can view as a Relationship Tree. 4. We are often asked what are some key areas of Xplan that you find all businesses implement and didn’t realiseXplan can do, however that is not an easy question to answer as Xplan has various customisation options and every practice runs just a little bit differently. It is just like not everyone uses the same apps on their Smart Phone. And you all don’t use XPLANtouch, Social Media to engage with clients or Dropbox to store your client files. XplanCustomisation Options The team at Specialist PMC all come from a Financial Planning or Business management background and can provide advice on how Xplan can best suit your business, not just customising as per your request. If there is a more efficient way, we will let you know. Any questions regarding the customisation of Xplan to suit your business requirements please contact us at www.specialistpmc.com.au or use our "Book a Phone Meeting" tab and you can be on your way to building a better business.
