  1. Key Points Related to the Surveillance Guide Update • Change directions and templates are available at: http://www.ndia.org/Divisions/Divisions/IPMD/Pages/WorkingGroups.aspx • Proposed changes to the Guide are to be submitted in the Excel based “Change Submission Template” • Change the file name to “[Your last name] – [date submitted in YYYYMMDD format]” • Enter your information in place of the text in the brackets and then remove the two sets of brackets • Populate the Template • Column headings in the Template have additional directions. An example (“3a_Gillam – 20140515.xlsx”) is posted • “Supplemental” Templates in Word and Power Point • All changes need submitted in the Excel file. If it is helpful to use the optional supplemental Word (e.g., for complicated text revisions) or Power Point (e.g., for providing graphics) send them as well using the same file naming convention. Additional guidance is in Cell L1. • Submit to Dale Gillam (gillamd@saic.com) and Robert Jennings (rjennings@raytheon.com) • Dale and Robert will then coordinate changes with the Working Group
