  4. Objective The objective of this assignment is to do complete recruitment process of Tele-marketing Executive for WLCI Chennai campus. Job Design Job design is to decide the contents of a job. It fixes the duties and responsibilities of the job; it includes Job Description and Job Specification with KRA and KPI. Role Telemarketing Executive

Job Description • Making calls to the given leads and converting it as sale. • Should be able to generate new leads from given data • Should be able to get inputs from students and suggest right course for them • Making follow up during admission process • coordinating between bank and student for loan process • Should be able to create and maintain database of passed out school & college students. • Should be able to perform activities to generate walk-ins. • Should achieve monthly sales target. • Should generate and maintain sales report • Coordinating with managers/superiors for sales activity • Should be a graduate (any graduate) • Good in communication (English & Tamil) • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales • Salary 11k to 25k (depend on exp) • Should be self driven, enthusiastic and performance oriented person • Should have convening skills • Should be Good in Ms office

KRA and KPI The KRA (key result area) will be sales of application and admission of students in course, KPI (key performance indicator) will be number of walk-ins, number of conversion, number of application sale and number of admission done. This is described in detail Manpower Planning From the difference we come to a conclusion that we need to hire 5 resources from external source.

Referral Program As a part of internal source referral program has launched, where students can refer candidates for each candidate they will be rewarded. • Reward amount will be 1000 per candidate • Candidate should be out of duplicate • Candidate can be related or may not related to students • if candidate get selected and completed successful three month then students are eligible to get referral reward. Collecting Profiles From both Internal and external source we received different profiles, listed in Excel file.

Short Listing profiles From the collected profiles we have short listed few profiles with the help of initial screening matrix Interview Process The short listed profiles was taken to campus director for approval, with the approval of campus director interview was scheduled by checking availability of both candidate and campus director, candidate who could not come down for interview personally then they were asked to attend interview through skype video conference, detailed report of interview was noted down and given to campus director. After the first round of interview with campus director, the second round of interview was conducted through skype with head office.

Salary Negotiation As a part of interview salary negotiation was done in which negotiation was done based on fallowing matrix Joining Formality After the interview process 5 candidate were selected from 12 short listing, as a part of joining formalities conformation of selection were sent through mail to all selected candidate, then the offer letter was given to each candidate with the joining date, and asked candidate to sign on the copy of offer letter along with offer letter 18 months contract and also requested to give 2 month salary as post dated cheque which will be used in case of breaking contract.
