  7. Manufacturing Food Products • Many food items are produced in Tunisia including fish, fruit, vegetables, flour, olive oil, salt, refined sugar, canned fruits and vegetables.

  8. Souks • Local markets called Souks sell items to tourists. The workers make clothing, leather goods, rugs, pottery, cooper, embroidered articles and jewelry.
