Diretrizes para prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento da hiperidrose compensatória J Bras Pneumol. 2008: 34(11):967-977 “ Deve ser salientado que apesar de todos os esforços e estratégias para amenizar a ocorrencia de HC intensa, até o momento, o melhor que podemos oferecer aos nossos pacientes é a prevenção desta condição. SUGESTÕES . tratar cirurgicamente apenas sudorese palmar e/ou axilar . nesses casos cirurgia em T4 – sempre . oxibutinina para as demais indicações . desodorantes como odaban ou rexona clinical e o gillete advance . Hiperidrose reflexa intolerável pós-operatória, considerar bloqueio extenso com botox na cadeia simpática torácica previo a simpatectomia extensa definitiva! .Idéia: bloqueio prévio com botox – em indicações de risco – considerar possibilidade – nenhum relato na literatura
