Special Provisions Yr 10-12 For formal exams in Yr 10 - 12 For all assessment tasks in Yrs 11 & 12 Applications prepared for BOS by Ruth Mullins Test students to evaluate level of provision Collect specialist reports Collect teacher comments Receive replies from BOS Inform students of result of application Appeal where appropriate .

Special Provisions Yr 10-12 Co-ordinate training/use of Reader/Writers Timetable Reader/Writers Distribute timetable to R/W and SP students Arrange/assist in rooming allocations /supervision for students using Special Provisions Get copies of exams ready/explain to supervising teachers all provisions Liaise with KLA and Year Coordinators regarding SP in exam blocks .

Special Provisions Yr 7-10 Supervision of SWD for exam blocks Act as reader/writers Co-ordinate training/use of Reader/Writers Provide rooms/supervision for students using Special Provisions Get copies of exams ready/ explain to supervising teachers all provisions Liaise with KLA and Year Coordinators regarding SP in exam blocks .
