Job basics key points(continued) • The normal retirement age is an age at which you can receive all social security benefits • Studies show in 2020 the 55-64 class workers will work more than the 16-24 class workers • Total compensation = basic pay + additional pay • Statistics show an individual who completes a bachelor degree earns double in their lifetime as the individual doesn’t complete high school
