AYUNTAMIENTOS: EL ESCORIAL Y COLMENAREJO • PRESENTACIÓN DE LOS NUEVOS REPRESENTANTES DE PADRES PARA SEGUIR COLABORANDO CON EL AYUNTAMIENTO. • RED ITINER:INCLUSIÓN DEL COLEGIO GSD EL ESCORIAL EN DICHO PROGRAMA PARA PARTICIPAR EN EXPOSICIONES, TALLERES Y ACTIVIDADES. • PODA DE ARBOLES EN LAS ACERAS DEL COLE QUE IMPEDIAN LA CIRCULACION POR LA ACERA. • PETICIÓN DE PARCHEADO DE LA CARRETERA QUE UNE LA N-505 CON EL COLEGIO. • REUNIÓN CON POLICIA LOCAL DE EL ESCORIAL: SOLUCIÓN TRÁFICO: TODAVIA REUNIONES PARA CONCRETAR.SE TIENE CONTACTO CON REPRESENTANTES DEL OTRO AMPA Y SE LES INVITA A LAS REUNIONES DE COORDINACIÓN ACTUALES.

REPRESENTACION DE PADRES EN: • MESA DE ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR: Representante Teresa López • Para padres: • Tríptico informativo de los hábitos de consumo de nuestros hijos en el tiempo libre: nuevas tecnologías (ordenador) así como hábitos de consumo de sustancias tóxicas que fue dado en las tutorías de grupo en primaria y secundaria. • Curso de la Agencia Antidroga: Programa prevención + familia. • Curso de nuevas Tecnologías: “El, Tu , Yo se conecta”

REPRESENTACION DE PADRES EN: • MESA DE ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR: Representante Teresa López: • Para alumnos • Tríptico informativo de los hábitos de consumo de nuestros hijos en el tiempo libre: nuevas tecnologías (ordenador) así como hábitos de consumo de sustancias tóxicas. Trabajado en tutorías en horario escolar. • Curso de la Agencia Antidroga: Programa prevención + familia. Impartido por la Policía Local en 1º y 3º de la ESO • Curso de nuevas Tecnologías: “El, Tu , Yo se conecta” Campaña de sensibilización.

REPRESENTACION DE PADRES EN: • CONSEJO ESCOLAR: Representante Victoria Varela • PROPUESTA Y APROBACION DE LA NO SUBIDA DE PRECIOS EN LA CUOTA DE LA FUNDACION EN EL CURSO 2010 – 2011. • DISCUSIÓN Y EXPRESION DE DISCONFORMIDAD SOBRE LA SUBIDA DE PRECIO DELOS UNIFORMES . • PETICION DE UNA VITRINA EN EL HALL DONDE EXPONEN TROFEOS GANADOS EN LAS DISTINTAS ESCUELAS DEPORTIVAS DE NUESTRO COLEGIO. • PETICIÓN DE PARTICIPACION MÁS ACTIVA EN ALGUNAS ACTIVIDADES DEL CENTRO. • APROBACION DE PROYECTOS DE INDOLE CURRICULAR COMO LAS PRACTICAS EN EMPRESAS DE ALUMNOS ESO EN INICIATIVA EMPRESARIAL… • PETICION DE ALTERNATIVAS A LA ESCUELA DE FAMILIAS QUE SE IMPARTIA EN EL CENTRO. • IDEAS PARA INCENTIVAR LA EXCELENCIA ESCOLAR Y PERSONAL: PREMIO AL MEJOR COMPAÑERO…. • IDEAS PARA MEJORAR EL CAMBIO DE ETAPA DE PRIMARIA A ESO QUE SE EMPIEZA A IMPLANTAR ESTE CURSO. • ……

TEMAS LLEVADOS AL CENTRO ESCOLAR: Durante las horas de atención a padres a lo largo de todo el curso los viernes de 15:30 a 16:45 se han ido recogiendo quejas que se han ido resolviendo manteniendo reuniones con las partes afectadas. Para resumir podríamos englobarlas en referencia a la problemática tratada: • CLUB DEPORTIVO • MATERIAL ESCOLAR EN PRIMARIA • DEPARTAMENTO DE ORIENTACIÓN • CUOTA FUNDACIÓN • LIMPIEZA PISCINA • CLUB CULTURAL Señalar que una vez tratadas con los protagonistas se llevan a la dirección del centro para que sea también parte implicada en la solución.

OTROS…. • ELABORACION DE BOLETINES BI O TRIMENSUALES DONDE MANTENER A LOS PADRES INFORMADOS DE LAS ACTUACIONES DE NUESTRO AMPA • CREACION DE GRUPOS DE TRABAJO PARA ATENDER EN EL HORARIO DE LOS VIERNES A LOS PADRES QUE ASÍ LO SOLICITEN • MANTENIMIENTO DE TRABAJO SEMANAL DONDE PODER ABORDAR LOS DIFERENTES PROBLEMAS QUE NOS PLANTEEN LOS PADRES SOCIOS O NO • VALORAR NUESTRA APORTACION A LA MEJORA DE LA EDUCACION DE NUESTROS HIJOS E HIJAS EN ESTE NUESTRO GSD EL ESCORIAL Y DESDE ESTA AMPA COMO UN CAMINO A LA EXCELENCIA: “ESPIRITU CARLOS”
