Secret Treasure Homes™“From Garbage to GREEN” As the leading manufacturer/developer of recycled and reclaimed homes in America, we focus on providing economical housing for the environmentally minded. How do we do this? We take the perfectly good waste material that nobody wants and reuse it as building materials for our Secret Treasure Homes.We believe that the only way that we can make the world a GREENER place, is to take that garbage that we have and reuse it, not refuse it. These homes are being built all over the country and we are continuing to build new homes as fast as we can. As an owner of a Secret Treasure Home you will enjoy some of the greatest benefits that a home has to offer. The homes that we provide can be built out of dozens of different materials and can be perfectly customized to look just the way that you want them. You can choose from one of the existing homes that we have built, or you can contact us with your own ideas of what you would like to have your home built out of. Better yet, you don’t have to worry about taking care of any of the petty paperwork involved in building such a home. We take it upon ourselves to make sure that your new home will meet the building code requirements wherever you live. We also deal specifically with local agencies and groups such as the Homeowners Association to ensure that your transition to your Secret Treasure Home will be smooth so that you can be GREEN in peace. You will be able to enjoy all the security of a well-built home while doing your part to protect the environment. You will love have the satisfaction of being able to raise your children in an environment that teaches them the value of recycling and to be a conscientious citizen of the world. In order to make this as easy as possible for you, we have established two different branches of our business: GREEN Web and GREEN World. GREEN Web deals with the functions that can be done online. Through our website, we can offer you consulting, financing, picture portfolios of our finished projects. GREEN World takes care of the actual building of your home. This branch of the company takes care of purchasing the materials for your home, working with your local building codes and Homeowners Associations, and the physical building of your home. These two branches are linked together by our state of the art SAP Business One system that ensures that we are accurate and precise in everything that we do so that you can be assured that you will get what you want when you want it and for the price that you agreed to!

  5. Secret Treasure Homes’ Customers • Our target market is the economically friendly citizen who is looking for affordable housing. Usually young adults who are just starting the home buying process. • We also target older adults who are looking to buy a second home for travel and wish to go green. This often entails summer homes near the beach or in the mountains, we call them our Getaway sales. These are typically wealthy individuals who are looking for unique housing. • We are mainly based on the coasts because the houses fit in well with the environment and highly populated areas. People are often looking for alternative housing at an economic price when rent is too high.

  6. It is all about the Customer • At Secret Treasure Homes we work hard to ensure our customer’s view us to be an efficient company who produces well built houses. This involves specifically meeting with customers to make sure their needs are being met. • Each house is customized to meet the specific needs of the customer. The customer can choose what goes into the house and thus has control over the price. They can choose specifics about size and quality inside the home. They also get to choose colors. • Customers place a high value on our houses because they are very unique and customized to fit their needs. It is a specialty product.
