  2. Whatis a Teratoma? Teratomas are tumors formed by what scientists call a germ cells that causes severe problems in their “victim”, it causes physical deformations and many other problems. There is many hypothesis about teratomas, one of them is said to be that a teratona is a parasitic twin.

  3. Characteristics • A teratoma is an encapsulated tumor with tissue or organ components resembling normal derivatives of all three germ layers. There are rare occasions when not all three germ layers are identifiable • The tissues of a teratoma, teratomas have been reported to contain hair, teeth, bone and, very rarely, more complex organs such as eyes, torso, and hands, feet, or other limbs.
