GI Clark orientation. GI Clerk 學習項目. 1. 指定學習住院病例 1 例（含 Admission note and primary care ） (UGI bleeding, acute pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, acute hepatitis …etc).  於病人住院時或住院期間 , 在病房住院醫師指導下 , 獨立完成 Admission note, 並每天親自觀察病患病情變化 , 與處置流程 , 有不懂處請與照顧該病患住院醫師 , 主治醫師 , 或總醫師討論 .

GI Clerk學習項目 • 1.指定學習住院病例1例（含 Admission note and primary care） • (UGI bleeding, acute pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, acute hepatitis …etc). • 於病人住院時或住院期間, 在病房住院醫師指導下, 獨立完成 Admission note, 並每天親自觀察病患病情變化, 與處置流程, 有不懂處請與照顧該病患住院醫師, 主治醫師, 或總醫師討論. • 於見習結束後, 將此住院病例(含General history, 及Discussion), 交於學術總醫師. • 註: Admission note請自己親身history taking後, 將完整 history 呈現在報告中, 不得完全抄襲. • 2.學習住院病例之Bedside teaching及理學檢查示範1例 (聶醫師教學) • 每人繳交bedside teaching記錄與心得一份（1-2頁）

GI Clerk學習項目 • 3.學習腹部超音波3例 • 4.學習上消化道內視鏡檢查3例 • 5.學習經內視鏡食道靜脈瘤結紮術檢查1例 • 6.學習下消化道內視鏡檢查2例 • 7.學習內視鏡逆行性膽胰管攝影檢查(ERCP) 1例 • 註1 :所有檢查請將該病人基本資料,診斷,填在教學紀錄單上, 並請VS簽章. • 註2 :見習檢查 以及 VS lecture 時請組長指定一位組員, 以會議紀錄單計錄後, 請VS簽章. • 8. 於結束時繳交CR 文件 • 指定學習住院病例之history和討論報告 • Bedside teaching記錄與心得一份（1-2頁） • 教學紀錄單一份 • 見習檢查 以及 VS lecture 會議紀錄單

  4. VS lecture 部分 • UGI bleeding ( non-varice/ Varice) • Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction (ileus) • Abdominal pain • Hepatitis (HBV/ others) • Liver cirrhosis • Jaundice • GB stone (Cholecystitis) • Acute pancreatitis

  5. 見習GI 檢查 • Abdominal echo • Diagnostic • Therapeutic • PEIT • RFA • Aspiration and drainage • Biopsy • ERCP • Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (PES) • EVL, EIS • Colonoscopy • Capsule endoscopy
