  3. Herausforderungen • 137 Bytes Speicherkapazität pro NFC Tag • reicht nicht um alle Zutaten zu speichern • NFC-Tags enthalten Gericht-ID • trafficsparende Umsetzung • Datenbank möglicher Zutaten sehr groß
