  4. 1-How developed are we? Asia won 19 out of 20 medals at the 2011 World Championships in Rotterdam!!! Share of Europe and Asia in top 64 women players in 2011 WTTC Rotterdam: • In women’s singles top 64, Asia has 30 players that are just from 8 countries of only two regions. So 3 other regions of Asia have no any representative among world top 64 players.

  5. Share of Europe and Asia in top 64 men players in 2011 WTTC Rotterdam: • In men’s singles top 64, Asia has 30 players that are just from 7 countries of only two regions. So 3 other regions of Asia have no any representative among world top 64 players. • This statistics proves that although Asia is very strong in table tennis but it is much less developed than Europe! • In fact if we separate China and few other eastern countries from the continent, the rest has long way to go.
