  6. Q Give examples of vitamins and minerals.A: Fruits and vegetables.

  7. Q Give examples of proteins.A: Milk, cheese, yoghurt, egg, meat, fish, whole grains and nuts.

  8. Q Give examples of fats.A: Butter, oils, cakes, candies, chocolates and cold drinks. They give us little energy.
