  1. Copy-Print Services provides a comprehensive set of reprographic capabilities to the KSU Faculty and Staff. • Through our partnership with MSA and More Business Services, we Strives to provide flexible and timely service across the KSU campus to all academic and administrative departments.

  2. There are over 200 multi-function devices on campus with printing and copying capabilities. You are always within a few steps no matter where you are. • And making copies and prints is secure and easy. With Your A KSU ID and a departmental code are all you need to unlock the copier for activity.

  3. Once the copier is unlocked, the user You can make copies, scan documents, or send faxes. • Printing to departmental printers is just as easy. From any program, all the faculty member needs to do is go through the normal printing steps. Once that is done, a window will pop up asking for the user’s department code.

  4. Department codes are used to track printing and copying charges back to a respective department for billing purposes at the end of each month • Pricing for copies and prints is competitive and is much less than printing to desktop departmental printers in the long run.

The print shop offers expanded printing and binding capabilities to our faculty and staff at lower cost than sending projects off-campus.

So far, the print shop has handled a variety of projects, Has printed course packs, posters, and brochures. • But, in 2011, we look to enhance the services of the Print Shop to provide even more value to the KSU campus with capabilities to provide KSU letterhead, business cards, and high quality custom printing in a wide variety of formats. • Thanks
