Background • Reserved Source Point (RSP) process allows Market Participants to terminate and replace existing Reserve Source Points (RSPs) and add new RSPs • The terminated or awarded RSPs will affect the ARR Entitlements of the Annual ARR Allocation for the planning period: 06/01/2020 – 05/31/2021

  3. RSP Results Overview • MISO processed 2,113 RSP requests • 18.5 GW of RSP requests in Round 2 and 3 were granted across the four seasons • BRSS RSP (Round 2) • 71% of BRSS requests were studied • 9.7% of BRSS studied requests were awarded • 1.7 BRSS GW were added/replaced • 13.8 PRSS Option GW were added • PRSS RSP (Round 3) • 27% of PRSS requests were studied • 12% of PRSS studied requests were granted • 3GW were added/replaced
