Goals A Regional Collaborative Design to Achieve the Educational Goals of the Communities Served by the Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Shore Regional, and West Long Branch School Districts For Our Schools EE4NJ Will Be Used To Create: A common culture A common instructional model for teaching A common expectation for student learning The Evaluation Committee Will Strive For: Total Transparency Volunteer pilot of Observation Tool by May 2012 Full roll out of the Observation Tool by Sept. 2012 Full Evaluation System Completed by June 2013

Objectives A Regional Collaborative Design to Achieve the Educational Goals of the Communities Served by the Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Shore Regional, and West Long Branch School Districts • Investment: Teachers > Capital • Regional Representative Committee • System Development = Staff Development • Pilot for observer continuity(inter-rater reliability) • Software platform from Realtime student information system • Disaggregated data, connection to SCED’s, SIDS, And SMID’s

Process A Regional Collaborative Design to Achieve the Educational Goals of the Communities Served by the Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Shore Regional, and West Long Branch School Districts • Regional Committee – Vision – Danielson, InTASC, and Honesty • Google Doc’s – Essential Teaching Behaviors • Committee merged the ETB’s • Faculty meetings for each building – refine ETB language and ask questions. • Committee merged documents • Began building highly effective column based on Danielson and related models.
