  3. Szűrés • 50.000 PCR pozitív beteg, csak 10.000-et kezeltünk. • HAV + HBV: minden fogékony oltandó • HCV 1989 óta ismert, vér szűrése 1992 június óta • HepReg: HCV kormegoszlás (összes kezelt)

  4. Hepatitis igazolása • Alapvizsgálatok (MF, albumin, vérkép, • UH, stb.) • HCV PCR mennyiségi + genotípus • Fibroscan (± Fibrotest,FibroMeter vagy ELF?) • XL fej • Fibrosis folyamat (2,5-75 kPa) • CAP (steatosis) • - Ismétlési algoritmus – évente vagy • kétévente?
