Phlebotomy Outpatients To ensure a timely service to all patients at QAH it is important that only the following patients attend the Phlebotomy Department on Level C: 1) Patients who have attended an outpatient clinic on that day 2) Chemotherapy patients 3) Pre-operative assessment patients For all other phlebotomy patients please make use of the following alternative options : • Cosham Phlebotomy Clinic • This is located at the rear of Everett’s chemist and is a walk-in service where no appointment is required. • Opening times Monday to Friday 0745 – 1215 (excluding Bank Holidays) • St Mary’s Hospital • This is an appointment only service.
