  3. Announcements • JitinAsnaaniwill be moving on from the ONC; • John Feikema will be the new LRI Initiative Coordinator. Thank you Jitin, for your support and guidance to-date. We wish you all the best in your next endeavors!

  4. Standards Harmonization Timeline

Implementation Guide Analysis WG • Volunteer Leads: Ken McCaslin, Hans Buitendijk Action Items/Next Steps • Ballot reconciliation is 100% Complete! • We have addressed all 948 comments. • 41 comments have been flagged as requiring some further research. • Comments for review by the Pilots WG have been flagged. • Production Management Plan is being developed to track all activities that will be conducted to prepare the IG for ballot. • This week’s meeting times: • Tuesday: 3:00-5:00 PM EDT • Thursday: 2:00-4:00PM EDT

  6. Vocabulary WG • Volunteer Lead: Cindy Johns Action Items/Next Steps • Reviewing ballot comments that have been identified by the Implementation Analysis WG as needing additional follow-up. • Meeting time: • Tuesday 02/14: 10:00-11:00 AM EDT

Validation Suite WG • Volunteer Lead: Robert Snelick Action Items • Early Prototype Release 0.1 (February 7, 2012) available for comments/review: http://lri.sipilotdevelopment.org/lri-phase-2/ • LRI Validation Tool web application was demonstrated at LRI Pilot Workgroup meeting on 01/31 • Phase 2 continues • Downloadable artifacts are now available from the web UI under the Documentation Tab Next Steps • Planning for Phase 3 of LRI Validation Tool web application • Monthly Workgroup meeting – next meeting 2/28 • Google Group (HL7V2_LRI_Testing) formed for discussion of the LRI IG, test tool, and testing issues • Continue testing the LRI Validation Tool

Pilots WG • Volunteer Lead: Robert Lutolf Action Items • Five LRI Pilot Teams • Established Pilot Teams are adding team participants to complete the LRI Pilot Ecosystem • Halfpenny Technologies Pilot Team was accepted by consensus vote Next Steps • Pilots continue to populate the Pilot Ecosystem • Pilots Workgroup continues to review Pilot Charters/Briefs • Pilot Team members continue work on completing steps in Pilot Guide, identifying blocking issues, planning and implementing Pilot Deployments
