What We Do…. • Prepare and mail HOA dues letters • Record all payments and deposit checks • HOA social events • Covenants • Compliance and modification requests • Communication to the community • Website, email, facebook • Legal consultation • Clubhouse reservations • HOA Meetings • Minutes • Establish and monitor contracts • lawn, landscape, pool cleaning, clubhouse cleaning, pest control • Manage clubhouse, exercise room, bell tower • Equipment, maintenance, supplies • Pool management • Coordinate pool committee, pool maintenance needs and purchase equipment • Finances • Establish budget, monitor expenses, pay bills, plan for future expenses, coordinate on home sales

Covenants / Issues • No changes to the covenants in the past year • Current Issues • Parking in street • Trailers and boats parked in driveways (permanent parking) • Yards – should be weed free and well kept year round • Reminders • Seek Architectural Committee review prior to making major changes • HOA website link • http://www.wp-hoa.org/

  7. Pool / Club House Pool • Clean up after use • Swim diapers if not potty trained • Pool closes at 9 PM Clubhouse • Pool and Gym are not part of the clubhouse rental
