  3. 壹、前言 • 擬申請調整學雜費之學校，須依據教育部 97.6.10高通字第0970099935號之「專科以上學校學雜費收取辦法」規定辦理。 • 新修訂辦法之特色： 一、學雜費政策法制化 二、學雜費調幅公式化

  4. 壹、前言 基本調幅： 基本調幅＝最近１年物價指數年增率(30%) + 受雇勞工薪資年增率(實質所得)(35%) + 家戶可支配所得年增率(35%)

  5. 貳、學雜費調整幅度 經檢視相關條件本校之最高調幅為1.43%*1.5倍(2.14%)

  6. 參、教育部學雜費審議基準 財務指標 單位：新台幣元

  7. 參、教育部學雜費審議基準 助學指標 單位：新台幣元 結論：符合教育部規定。

  8. 參、教育部學雜費審議基準 辦學綜合指標 結論：符合教育部規定。

  9. 肆、教育部學雜費公開程序 資訊公開程序 依規定下列事項資訊，須公告於學校首頁學雜費專區： • 學雜費使用情況、調整理由、計算方法 • 支用計畫(包括調整後預計增加之學習資源) • 研議過程之會議記錄 • 學生意見與學校回應說明

  10. 肆、教育部學雜費公開程序 研議公開程序 結論：符合教育部規定。

  11. 伍、總結 • 經審議以上各項指標及程序，尚符合教育部規定，為強化弱勢學生助學措施、改善師資結構、充實教學設備及提升教學品質，擬建請97學年度調漲學雜費2%
