What To Expect When We Arrive • Pre-Installation Survey • Telecom will survey to determine what type of phones and where • Survey will discuss upgrades as necessary • Qwest student helpers will place and “TAPS” phones • Phones will be placed on desktops, and connected to the data network. • Phones will be registered to the Call Manager • Training will be provided • Probably two separate “hands-on” training sessions. • Lasts roughly 90 minutes, with play time. • Phones will be converted to the new system with the completion of training.
