  6. How did we get here? In Dec 2011 – JSNA Consultation Aim Improve the data available on the JSNA through the identification, sourcing and supply of local quantitative and qualitative data to enrich the core statistics to better understand the level of need within Cheshire East populations

  9. Next Steps 12 month Project Proposal • Inform and Shape the JSNA Focus of the proposal • Activities with Commissioners • Need for them to shape and identify content • Activities with VCS • Data gathering • Development of process to feed information into the JSNA

  10. Where we are now Held our first event with Commissioners Waiting for JSNA Steering group to allocate additional resources Waiting for the new website to be developed Will alongside this be working with commissioners to identify intelligence needs

  11. Summary • Key decision makers that need to be influenced in any way you can • JSNA if adopted should be a major influencer • Uncertainty in the new CCG’s and public health • Use other methods to engage at all levels
