  3. HEOA – Title II Today’s Focus The focus of today’s call is on the data required at the federal level, not on any changes to Georgia’s data collection process.

  12. HEOA – Title II In August 2008, the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) was reauthorized and became law, which has implications for educator preparation programs and for those providers that report pass rates for Title II (not Title IIA) reporting.
