16. 13Judge for yourselves: is it proper for a wife to pray to God with her head uncovered? 13ท่านทั้งหลายจงตัดสินเองเถิดว่าเป็นการสมควรหรือไม่ที่ผู้หญิงจะไม่คลุมศีรษะเมื่ออธิษฐานต่อพระเจ้า

17. 14Does not nature itself teach you that if a man wears long hair it is a disgrace for him, 14ธรรมชาติไม่ได้สอนท่านหรือว่าถ้าผู้ชายไว้ผมยาวก็เป็นที่น่าอาย

35. 7Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.

37. The Lord's Supper Abused

41. 20When you come together, it is not the Lord's supper that you eat. 20เมื่อท่านทั้งหลายประชุมพร้อมกันนั้นจึงไม่เป็นการเลี้ยงขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าได้

42. 21For in eating, each one goes ahead with his own meal. One goes hungry, another gets drunk. 21เพราะว่าเมื่อท่านรับประทานบ้างก็รับประทานอาหารของตนก่อนคนอื่นบ้างก็ยังหิวอยู่และบ้างก็เมา

43. 22What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God and humiliate those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I commend you in this? No, I will not.

48. 17And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he said, “Take this, and divide it among yourselves. 17พระองค์ทรงหยิบถ้วยโมทนาพระคุณแล้วตรัสว่า “จงรับถ้วยนี้แบ่งกันดื่ม

49. 18For I tell you that from now on I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” 18เพราะเราบอกท่านทั้งหลายว่า เราจะไม่ดื่มน้ำผลแห่งเถาองุ่นต่อไปอีก จนกว่าแผ่นดินของพระเจ้าจะมา”

50. 19And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” 19พระองค์ทรงหยิบขนมปัง โมทนาพระคุณ แล้วหักส่งให้แก่เขาทั้งหลาย ตรัสว่า “นี่เป็นกายของเรา [ซึ่งได้ให้สำหรับท่าทั้งหลาย จงกระทำอย่างนี้ให้เป็นที่ระลึกถึงเรา”
