  2. Purpose Plan and participate in leadership activities that demonstrate competency of the ELCC Standards Structure practical experiences to reflect day-to-day activities performed by practicing school administrators and/or supervisors

  3. Supervisors and Mentors • University Supervisors • Mary Bowma-Kruhm & Judy Thompson • School-based Mentor • Current or acting principal

  4. Internship Basics • Work on assignments throughout program • Submit assignments at various benchmarks • Preparation for School Leaders Licensure Examination

  6. Internship Activities 200 Activity Hours Required Minimum of 150 Performance Hours Activities you DO (i.e., lead a professional development training session) Maximum of 50 Observational Hours Activities you SEE (attend a departmental meeting) Activity Hours will meet ELCC Standards

  7. Assignment Overview Digital Portfolio Artifacts Resume Professional Development Goals Core Beliefs ELCC Standards Interpretation of Standards Action Plans, Activity Logs, Reflections Vignettes Supervisory Reflection Paper Internship Reflection and Final Activity Log
