Your Role with the Adults • Find out what training each leader has • Determine what each leader needs or could use • Find out when and where the needed training is happening and how to register • Encourage the appropriate leader to signup • Check Journey to Excellence for training requirements and see how unit doing

  3. How to get your units info • Go to northernstarbsa.org/toolbox. You will need a sign-in. Check with you unit committee chair or unit leader. • myscouting.org

  4. What determines a trained leader? Everyone must take Youth Protection Every 2 Years (Venturing Leaders need Venturing Youth Protection)

  12. How Does Training Get Recorded • On Line – Automatic if ID# in account • In person – Course director will submit to training-records@nsbsa.org • If you train (as approved by district training chair) submit to training-records@nsbsa.org use electronic training attendance report
