AFRICA Pray for the Central African Republic, split into a Muslim north and a Christian South with much tension between the two Pray for countries in Western Africa affected by Ebola Pray for civilians forced to flee for their lives due to continued conflict in South Sudan. Pray that relief aid will arrive in time

  6. PAN ASIA Pray for two German hostages threatened with death by the militant group Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines Taliban forces continue to win strategic districts in Afghanistan. Pray for the future of the country as the new president, AshrafGhani, is inaugurated in a few days time Pray for persecuted christians in North Korea & China

EUROPE Pray for the family of missing school girl Alice Gross Pray for the family of the French hostage, HerveGourdel, beheaded in Algeria Pray for wisdom for the UK government as they agree to back British airstrikes against IS Pray for an end to the continued tensions between Ukraine and Russia

LATIN AMERICA Pray for an end to deforestation in Brazil and Peru Pray for the 200,000 people forced to flee their homes due to flooding in Paraguay Pray for the continued work in Haiti to overcome the effects of the 2010 earthquake Pray for an end to the drug related violence which haunts Mexico

MIDDLE EAST Pray for an end to the tensions between Israel and Palestine Pray for a re-evaluation of the status of women in many areas of the Middle East Pray for the ongoing situation in Syria and Iraq. Pray for the many civilians forced to flee to refugee camps. Pray for peace and freedom of religion throughout the area

NORTH AMERICA Pray for new attitudes to gun laws in America Pray for wisdom for the US president as America undertakes airstrikes against IS and considers next steps in this conflict Pray for the many in the US who cannot afford medical insurance Pray for a PC culture in Canada that makes public expression of faith difficult
