Once you understand where you stand, you can make improvements on your own, so as to find better opportunities (within or without).

  9. REQUEST FOR PROJECTS OUTSIDE YOUR EXISTING JOB If you are doing a job and fed up from regular projects, you can ask your managers to give more responsibilities. Moreover, if you can do cross-functional projects, it will assist in boosting your network, your visibility as well as experience But first convincingly perform your present job to satisfaction!
