  1. TIPS ON ANSWERING PAPER 2

  2. Look at the pictures and observe the activities and situation in it.

  3. The helping words given will help the candidates get a general idea of what the situation is in the picture.

  4. Pupils may use or not use the helping words to construct sentences in Question 1, but they must use all the words given in Question 3.

  5. The sentences must be related to the situation in the pictures.

  6. When transferring information from the original text, pupils should be very careful with the spelling of words, capital letters and punctuations.

  7. Avoid grammatical and spelling errors when constructing sentences.

  8. Simple sentences, compound sentences and complex sentences can be used to construct sentences when answering questions in Paper 2.

  9. For Question 3 you are advised to write in paragraphs.

  10. Usage of dictionary is highly recommended while revising and studying your lessons.
