Listed below are the details of our only major fundraiser: • 1st Annual Night At The Races • Date: Saturday, September 20, 2014 • Location: McKinley Eagles-Main Ballroom • Time: Doors Open 6:00 pm • Buffet Dinner: Served 6:30 to 7:30 pm • Open Bar: 6:00 to 10:30 pm • First Race: Starts at 7:30 pm • -Total of 8 races • Ticket: $30.00 Admit One/ $55.00 Couple • Tickets: • All players will be given 10 ticket order forms • We are asking that all players sell at least 10 tickets • (5- Couple Tickets, 10 Single Tickets or a Combination of the two) • You must turn in your ticket order forms and the money no later than • Monday September 8th • Ticket order forms and money can be turned into your coach or mailed to • Perry Girls Volleyball Booster Club • 216 Albany Dr NW Canton, Ohio 44708 • Inside Event Fundraising: • The night of the event we will be selling 50/50 tickets and Raffle Baskets • There will be an open bar and music • Volunteer Help: • Any parents who would like to volunteer the night of the event for the following areas: greeting guests, selling 50/50 tickets, selling side board numbers, selling raffle basket tickets, please contact • Jennifer Rohr at 330-232-0741 • Thank you all for your support from the Booster Club and Players!!!
