  1. TÜİK e-VT Sistemine yüklenecek XML dosyasının bulunması.

  2. Muhasebe yazılımları yada BDP (beyanname düzenleme programı) ile hazırlanan ve GİB sistemine dosya olarak yüklenmiş olan paketin bulunduğu klasöre gidilir.

  3. Beyannamelerin GİB’e yüklenen paketlerinin bulunduğu klasöre gelinir. Sisteme yüklenecek beyannamenin bulunduğu paket sağ tıklanır

  4. Sisteme yüklenecek beyannamenin bulunduğu paket sağ tıklanır, bilgisayara yüklü bulunan sıkıştırma programı seçilir, son olarak arşivi aç tıklanır.

  5. Açılan dosyanın içinde bulunan XML dosyası TÜİK sistemine yüklenmesi gereken dosyadır. Bu dosya masaüstüne kopyalanıp TÜİK e-VT sistemine aktarılabilir.
