  2. Construction Progress Update • Elevator installed • Main entry stairway installed • Moving in progress • On target for final inspections early next week for Albemarle Tech • LEAD office side will be construction focus from late August through September

  3. Program Update • Open House: August 20th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm • 19 scheduled students • Student interests include robotics, architecture, environmental issues/policy, digital media, entrepreneurship, film making and art therapy • 8 students will be receiving credit to use for graduation requirements • Focus on arranging internships to match student interests

  4. Operations Update • Child Nutrition: Pilot for vending machine with school meal options connected to student ID number • Transportation: Working on details for students needing transportation to Albemarle Tech • Custodial: Procurement completed for a custodial contractor - on budget with current level of occupancy

  5. MAIN ENTRY - STAIRS AND ELEVATOR INSTALLATION ALMOST COMPLETE
