  3. Irregular Forms • Add es to make a plural when a singular noun ends in s, sh, ch, x, or z. • ditch => ditches • Change y toiand add es when a singular noun ends in a consonant and a y. (Don’t do this if it is someone’s name.) • supply => supplies
