  3. Background • UB Division of Athletics offers premium tutoring services to UB Athletics • Currently we 570 athletics students in our division that could potentially require our tutoring services

  4. Problems we face • All of our current processes are all paper driven • There is no evaluation system to see how the tutors performed according to the tutees • It is extremely difficult to pair up tutees with their desired tutors and courses
