  2. Tsunami A tsunami isn’t like a normal wave because it has a much longer wavelength. Tsunamis are also called tidal waves. In 2004 the Indian ocean tsunami killed about 230,000 people. Tsunamis are giant tidal waves. That can kill and flood an entire town plus more.

  3. Tornados Tornados mostly accrues in the USA to the east of the rocky mountains, during the summer and spring. There about 80 deaths a year because of tornados. There are 1,500 injuries because of tornados. They can have wind speeds of 250 mph or more. A tornado in Broken Bow carried a hotel sign 30 miles then dropped it in Arkansas.

  4. Hurricanes When hurricanes are in the northern hemisphere it spins counter clockwise and when it is in the southern hemisphere it spins clockwise. Hurricanes have two important parts. One is the eye, the eye is the top and it looks like a hole on the top. Then there's the eye wall, the eye wall is the side of the hurricanes. A hurricane looks like a giant cone.

  5. Floods A flood is like when water overflows in a creak or river and there's water everywhere. There are many different ways a flood can start like a creak or river over flows like I said before, then it could just happen because it rained a lot. It could also happen because of one of the hurricanes. Floods can endangered many life's of others. They might not be as big of a treat as a hurricane or tornado but they can be deadly.

  6. Drought • A drought is when there is not a lot of rain in one place. • It can dry out a piece of land completely. • Like the desert it never gets barley any rain so it is dry all the time. • Droughts can make a place to where you could live there.
