  16. IAUO Student Chapter Activities EAGE-IAUO Student Week 1 – 7 March 2012 • Number of participants: 73 • One day field trip (Extinct Volcano) • Scientific Lecture (Laser Perforation) • Actively participated in Amirkabir SLT (30 students traveled to Tehran by train)

  17. IGS Conference On May 2012, the Geophysical Society of Iran organized the Fifteenth Geophysical Conference of Iran • Mr. Raymond Cahill, EAGE regional manager Middle-East had a presentation on EAGE • EAGE booth was vey popular with visitors (students and professionals)
