  3. "COMFY" is the second largest network of home appliances in Ukraine.

  4. Assortment of Comfy: appliances for the kitchen; cookers; refrigerators; climatic equipment; video equipment; TV sets; computer electronics; stereos and mobile phones.

  5. Weaknesses: - Unstable financial position; - High cost of production; - Lack of working capital; - Unfinished construction. Strengths: - Established channels of distribution; - Highly qualified and experienced personnel; - High level of management in the company. SWOT-analysis of COMFY shop

Threats: - Consumers focusing on the qualitative characteristics; - Dependence on the regional infrastructure; - Competition in the foreign market; - Focusing on the technical specifications according to the international standards and as a result cost increase.
